The Sales force developer must have the ability to create, build, develop and support custom solutions and integrations. SF Developer will create complex workflows, triggers, APEX development, complex validation rules, AppExchange and legacy platform integrations. The candidate should have experience in other programming languages such as Java and will be able to advise on constraints, a very deep knowledge of Salesforce is required. Your subject matter expertise will contribute to defining and governing coding standards, implementing design patterns and refactoring existing code. SF Developer will have a proven track record of driving best practices and processes
Requisitos
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in Salesforce development.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer 1, and Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (a plus).
- Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite of software.
- The ability to push back when deadlines are imposed, to make sure that all code is checked and sandboxed prior to going to production.
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation guidance and instruction to users. Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and solutions.
- Requires the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and creatively develop processes to aid efficiency and effectiveness.
- Must have initiative, be resourceful, able to work independently without a lot of guidance.
- Must be able to effectively prioritize, manage time and projects, and multi-task in a fast paced, growing company environment.
- Requires fluency in English with good verbal and written skills.
- Must be able to effectively collaborate with all levels of management and staff in a diverse, global environment.
